what a great experience! the administrative portion was a breeze to deal with-the desk staff are extremely efficient and competent as well as polite and helpful. but the most charming aspect of my visit was when the vet got down onto the floor to comfort my dog while drawing blood because my dog was being such a giant baby. so sweet!!!!!!!!!! they really care about your pets at this clinic and i couldn't be happier with my choice to send them here.

I always have a pleasant experience with the doctors at Poland Animal Hospital, but the service at the front desk and on the phone always comes across as rude. Also, their prices seem extremely expensive for the amount of time and attention given, which is obviously optimized to see the most amount of patients as possible.

Affordable and reliable. Couldn’t have imagined taking my dog anywhere else. They’re really understanding even when you’re late on your appt (due to life circumstances), and accommodate what works best for both parties. Staff are easygoing and the doctors. Shout-out to Dr. M. Bennett for taking such good care of my dog’s surgery and treatments.
