called at 4pm with sunroof stuck open. Joe said to bring it in 1st thing the next day at 7:30am. they got window closed and diagnosed that motor was blown. chaarged reasonable fee of $79. would have been probably $150 at Mercedes delearship. He suggested I get new motor on internet & then schedule repair. Thats good cause a lot of garages dont want to install YOUR parts (they wanna make additional money by getting the part for you). Joe, the owner of business (and son) were very friendly. I think its a trustworthy operation. Their shop was the cleanest auto shop I've been in. Even the waiting area was clean. Very good experience and have already referred a friend who also needs sunroof repair.

Poles without a doubt is the best automotive experience I have had in my 30 years of driving. I have bought my daughters car from them because I trust them unequivocally and always bring our vehicles there for maintenance. I would recommend Poles over anyone in the local area,and I would drive from anywhere to use them because they are honest, on time friendly and trustworthy. Always honest, excellent job on all our cars. Knows cars inside and out.. We were told by one garage we needed all brakes done, front and rear - we brought our car to Joe and he said "No, you only need front brakes, the rear breaks are fine..
