Great right up to the point where my tire fell off because the didn't put the nuts on and tighten them.

Zach,

As I look at your history, I see your last visit to the store on 10/10/15. Could you please contact me at the store? This review was left only a week ago and doubt you would have been able to drive the vehicle for 5 months following if it were for loose lug nuts. This is the first I have heard of this and would like to get some more information on this, as customer service is my top priority. Hope we can find a resolution as to of why this happened.
