Staff is very kind. The doctor was positive and uplifting! Helped to not feel so bad about my foot pain. I know now there is professionals that can keep me walking for years to come!

I’ve never felt so dismissed or so uncared for by a physician in my life. I had several issues from a pinched toenail, to arthritis, bone spurs, callousing and tendon issues. He spoke to me less than 5 minutes then hustled me to X-ray telling them to do right foot even though my left foot also had concerns he never even gave me a chance to discuss. I talked technician into xraying both feet. When Dr rejoined me he was so monotone and dismissive saying nothin he could do. He did not study the 6 X-rays. He rapidly flipped through them in front of me. He did mention I might have psoriatic arthritis cause didn’t see arthritis in my X-rays tho I’d been told by another Dr.I did have it. I had to continually ask questions, and I have never heard soooo many I don’t knows from a dr. Why do I have so many spurs? He doesn’t know. What can I do to prevent. He doesn’t know. Why is my right foot so painful.? He doesn’t know and has no suggestions even though I can barely walk on the foot. Why are my nails curling? He doesn’t know. What can I do to prevent ? He doesn’t know. Can’t we use device Ive seen online? He says they don’t work. But what about this growth between my toes? Spurs he said. Well what can I do about it? Could do surgery. He said. But didn’t suggest it or schedule it. What could I do to prevent the callusses it caused? Some mole skin he suggested. At last he put on a glove and finally touched my foot for perhaps three minutes. I feventually asked if a different shoe would help and he named a brand not a type. (Why didn’t he suggest?) I’d never heard of it so asked where I could get them. He said any shoe store. I told him I’d never been to a shoe store I get mine at discount outlets as I am poor so could he be more specific. Just get online he said. How can I try a shoe on online?. What type of SHOE I then asked. He wouldn’t say. Finally he just said I told ya HOAK walking shoe. And he handed me a slip of paper and left. I walked out in tears and tossed the paper on the desk at checkout with a This was a total waste of time. And the three women behind the desk looked at it in wonder whispering amongst themselves in shock and dismay then said he didn’t want to see me again and they dismissed me. I’m a 65 yr old woman on SS who had hip surgery less than 2 months ago and this bad foot is impairing my PT, But I got zero assistance and I am appalled! How dare anyone treat a patient lost and in pain so horribly! And to think I had to wait months and was so eager for the visit

I am ALWAYS greeted promptly & warmly. All receptionists are professional & courteous. I never wait for more than a few minutes. Those who bring me into the exam rooms again are professional & friendly. Dr. Flanigan takes the time to explain everything fully & answer all my questions. I am very pleased with Dr. Flanigan, & the entire practice. I would recommend them highly!

Appointment was on time. Dr. Juris was positive and cheerful. Took care of the immediate pain and had a treatment plan to address the ongoing discomfort, if not eliminate it completely.
