They were on time for my appointment. Everyone was so friendly,from the receptionist, to the x-ray tech, to Dr. White and the check out receptionist. My problem was diagnosed and several solutions were offered. Very pleased with their practice. Looking forward to finally getting some relief from my foot pain that another doctor told me to just,"suck it up and deal with it."

I was a little disappointed with my visit to this facility, it took me months to make the decision to go and then I feel like I was ushered in and out with the token foot splint that everyone I know has left with. I have to pay out of pocket due to my insurance deductible and in hindsight I wish I had declined the splint. There is no one I know who can wear that thing at night and sleep, I tried but it lasted only about an hour. I guess a nights sleep is quite important when you need to work the next day and probably wrapping with an ace bandage would do the same trick. The other problem was I left with exercise instructions for plantar fasciitis however when he read the x-rays that they took he mentioned a growth on the back of my heel that was causing the pain. Well I will pay the bill of 319.40 and cancel my follow up appointment and just deal with what is going on in hopes it corrects itself.

I had my wisdom teeth removed November 3, 2011 and it was the best experience I could ever hope for. I have been afraid to go to the dentist for years. Dr. Jacobson and his assistant Paula were incredible. Dr. Jacobson was fast and it was pain free. I had to do it with just Novocaine and not going to the dentist for ten years made me extremely anxious. Paula was very comforting, she rubbed my arm the whole time and made me feel very comfortable. After 3 days I'm just about all healed up! All in all the best dental experience ever!
