Had been quite a while since my last visit to a dentist office. Had been going to an office in South Portland and just didn't feel a great connection to the staff/providers any longer. Going to the dentist is stressful as it is. I put feelers out on social media for recommendations and FDA got the most positive reviews so the next day I submitted paperwork online (couldn't have been easier) and within a few minutes a representative called me and scheduled me for xrays and consultation immediately. I also new I would need a cleaning and much to my surprise they called back with another cancellation and offered me a 2nd slot in order to do everything all at once. Despite being there for (2) hours, I didn't have to wait long. I met (5) different staff and each one was so friendly. The place was sterile but still had a homey feel to it. I actually enjoyed my visit...who can say that about going to the DENTIST!? And to top it off: I've still never had a cavity in my life! Would definitely recommend FDA to friends/family in the area. Already scheduled to go back in October and November for general/cosmetic maintenance!
