I always get first-rate service from Positive Image. My stylist, Donald Anderson, is the best in the business. He is backed up by the most efficient and pleasant staff I have ever encountered. This time, I was particularly impressed by all of the precautions that the salon has taken in view of COVID-19. In my view, you can’t do better than Positive Image.

The salon has taken every precaution for the safety of the staff and clients. Everyone wore a mask, my temperature was taken before entering and an on-line survey was sent for me to complete the day of my appointment to check my health and travel during the previous 2 weeks. I also noticed that each stylist has a certificate posted that they have taken a course on COVID safety .

Heather always does a fantastic job, she never disappoints me in the slightest. Exceeded expectations for sure. And the extra steps she went through to make me feel safe during COVID was amazing. Also the staff there was great as well to make sure everyone remains safe.
