While having experienced yoga in the past, Yoga 101 provided very good clarification of the Sanskrit words, how the words fit the poses, and the significance of breath with the moves. In addition, after having a hip replacement last year, this particular class allowed me to get a feel for where my body was in regards to returning to yoga.
