Always pleased with the care. Grooming is inconsistent, with dog NEVER looking the same, even when notes are reviewed. This troubles us---as we sometimes hate the way the dog comes out, and other times love it. Seems like it shouldn't be that hard to maintain a simple cut. We've never had this problem anywhere else---and it's a VERY expensive service! Also, the front staff seems numerous relative to there practices, yet they generally come off as very stressed and unhappy and anxious or sad, even expressing this to clients. This means they are sometimes even short-tempered and grouchy. Though some of them handle it with great senses of humor. It seems like a recurring HR problem---like clients are bothering them, interrupting them, like they feel harassed by the doctors, each other, and the clients. If they do, then that needs to be examined, as it seems like it may be a management problem rather than a staff problem. I will continue to come to the practice as it is convenient and the vet care is good. But it is almost enough to make me reconsider... Mostly I worry about the staff---seems weird and unnecessary for a practice to be this miserable.
