I have been taking my cat, who has had serious health issues, to PAH for 16 years. Dr. Jason Scott, my cat's primary doctor, is smart, kind, thorough, thoughtful, and responsive. He is acutely aware that our cat is a member of our family, and offers his best medical advice, including a range of choices from aggressive to palliative. He is also aware that veterinary care can be expensive, and I have found the prices to be reasonable. The front desk staff is always kind and friendly, and they know many of the animals they care for. The technicians (one of whom my cat will actually behave for) also do a fine job. Some years ago, we lost a kitten to sudden death, and the staff kept the hospital open past closing time so that my kids, who could not be reached at their after-school activities, could spend time in a private room saying goodbye to their beloved kitten. I will never forget this kindness. PAH mixes great care with true compassion, and my family and I are truly grateful to the doctors and staff.
