I wasn't impressed with Dr. Anderson. He didn't introduce himself. He seemed like he was in a rush, and showed very little concern or interest in the questions I had about my new prescription, and provided no assistance when I was trying to put in a pair of contacts, something I haven't done in over 25 years. I don't even think he provided the correct contacts for my vision because I didn't see clearer with them; things actually seemed worse than my normal vision. I took them out after half an hour. I ordered a pair of glasses and feel nervous about whether he got the prescription correct.
I'm sorry I may not have been my best when I saw you recently for an exam. If I am remembering correctly I may have given you a free trial pair of contacts with instructions on insertion, removal and gave you a starter kit of cleaning solution. If you come back and pay the fitting fee, I would gladly spend more time with you on your contacts. And if you did then please schedule a no charge follow up visit and I would be happy to help. Also, if you have a problem with your eyeglass prescription please schedule a no charge follow up visit and I will be happy to re-check the rx and if there is a change we will re-do the lenses at no charge if it is within 90 days of the exam date.
