They were fast and efficient dint have to wait around. Doctor was friendly and the cute girl at the desk new what she was doing.

it didn't take long at all . i was a repeat customer so they had all my information. they sent me an email reminder not wasting paper doing snail-mail

Friendly every time we go in. My husband went their originally to get a new exam and glasses and we were both impressed at how friendly and knowledgable everyone was. I went back and it was the same thing!

The first thing as you walk though the door you get an Oder no idea what it is thought maybe I was just walked into something so decided to give a chance still. When you get back to the chair the office is cluttered very disorganized. I felt like he didn't understand that I don't think the prescription was right I still couldn't see out of what he was prescribing I knew he was rushing because he had another client who showed up a half hour early. I could tell he was looking for a quick fix trying little tricks he put dye in my eyes before telling me the side effects. He did gave me a pair of trial contacts so he told me to go wash my hands then there was no paper towels then gave me a dirty desk to try to put them in. I got them in finally no help by the way I could not see a thing so I decided to take them out and leave my eyes where yellow and red blood shot after this whole thing so proceed to pull the left out then my right one would not come out It was stuck after many failed attempts I finally go for the front desk for help the girl was sweet and tried to help once the it was out I left the contacts on the table and left my eyes where on fire I had yellow coming out my eyes and nose couldn't see and used my eye exam up from my insurance I called back to say I was upset if they really didn't notice while I was there girl not as nice and all the doc could say is no refunds and you can come get your eyes dilated it will help. No thanks I will go somewhere else.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience Misty. I had a bit of trouble getting your eyes corrected to 20/20. That was part of the reason for using the yellow dye to see if there was any problem with the surface of your eyes (corneas). Since that was fine, I suggested re-checking with your eyes dilated. I did give you a free trial on the contact lenses, but again am sorry you didn't have a great experience. I appreciate your feedback on the condition of the exam room and will definitely make it look more organized. I would be happy to check your eyes again if you wish sometime at no charge.

Precision Eye Care was a great place to get an eye exam. They were efficent and really nice. The exam was very thurough and comprehensive. I think this is a great place!
