I love it when people like their jobs, are good at what they do, and treat people the way I want to be treated. Sounds like a recipe for a successful business.
Customers are not always right. Owners have to take care of their employees, then every customer will be treated correctly by your happy employees. Talk about trickle down economics. Employees are a direct reflection of the owners/management
