I wasn't impressed at all, did not explain why my foot problems, could not be fixed, nor what my problem was. Just to buy inserts for my shoes

I was very impressed with everyone from reception to seeing the doctor. Everyone was so helpful and pleasant. Most importantly I was actually treated like a human, not a number. I was also able to get a diagnosis for my problem, which was never the case before. I now have hope of being able to walk without pain again.

New podiatrist is good and thorough. Somehow a prescription got forgotten, though. No real problem - it was called into my pharmacy, so no trip back to the office was needed.
