Wow! The team at Precision Garage Doors & Gates are absolutely amazing! I ordered a custom designed gate door. I cried when I saw it. No joke. Kenny and his team are artists and experts at what they do! My gate door is smooth like butter, to the actual touch and how smoothly it glides open and closed. I had another contractor out and he commented on how awesome my gate door was! Absolute high quality work! If you are looking for a great company, look no further! Call them! Now!

The job was not completed to our satisfaction. The gate was not working when they finished the job. I called and nicely told them the gate wasn’t working. I needed to hire an electrician to fix what was broken after they moved the gate opener and set it back in place and asked if they could take the amount of money I used an electrician to fix what they didn’t fix off the bill. Instead they reissued the bill without a call back. Nonetheless, we paid the invoice and will not use them again for service ever.

We had the motor and drive chain replaced on the garage door. It is a pleasure to NOT hear the grating
squeal of the door going up and down. the new system is nearly silent. We also appreciate the phone app
which gives us remote control of the garage door through our phone.
In addition, Precision has been servicing our many garage doors (5 total) and our automatic gate for
many years. All of the workmen who have been to our home have been pleasant, courteous and helpful;
qualities we truly appreciate.

Nick was very professional and did excellent work repairing my garage door. Fawn was very helpful over the phone too, and the price was quite reasonable. They did the work the same day as I called as well. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors & Gates.

We had a problem on the weekend and it was great that someone came out on a Saturday so my husband could get his car out of the garage since we had two broken springs. They do all of our new construction projects also.

thank you for installing the new controller. we found the unit to meet our needs. the camera function is a great addition. the connection time to the cell phone seems to take about 10 seconds.. not sure why. but the controller is functioning well
