Josh arrived promptly and quickly assessed the problem, offered me several options and allowed me to chose the solution that best fit within my budget and still corrected the problem of a noisy garage door. Josh was very polite, not only to me but also to my large service dog. What a great company! Ordered a Garage Door with opener from Josh on the phone. He stopped by in the middle of his day, and took the measurements. Contacted me directly with a price and date of installation very quickly. Nick the installer arrived at the location on time and got right to work. Nick was extremely polite and courteous. He did a fantastic job! Very clean and super neat with all the wiring as well as the installation of the opener and door. Nick left the work area super clean, and provided all the paperwork with manuals and openers. He explained how the opener works and was very efficient. Nick did a great job and went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with everything.

Many thanks to Josh from Precision Garage Doors and Gates for replacing the springs on our garage doors. We have a mid century with an unusual size garage and he was able to determine the perfect fix for the doors which weren't opening properly. Expert help and very quick and friendly to deal with. We will definitely work with him again.

My old garage door stoped working, they came out same day. They were not able to get the old on working. They installed a new one same day. It works really well and everyone has been very nice and professional.
