I was very happy with the service I received from Precision Tune. I took my car in for an oil change and Chris asked me to step into the bay and look under my car so he could show me something they found. This is usually where I get nervous that I am going to be pressured into making "recommended" repairs. Chris to the time to show me a leak from one of my front struts and even made the comparison with the opposite side and it was obvious that there was a leak. He gave me a quote to replace both front struts and said that it is usually best to replace all struts but, that it was not necessary as the rear struts were in good shape. He gave me an estimate to replace the rear struts as well. No pressure, no hassle. I'm not sure if I will have them repair my struts but I would definitely take my car back there for servicing in the future. Quick and friendly service and they seem to want to change the stigma that usually goes along with most auto repair shops.

when I checked this morning, after the car has been sitting all night, I see that the oil is over the full line, and that concerns Me, because I know that is NOT good for the engine. everything else was good. I will check it more closely, there, next time I go for the oil change.

they tried to get me to fix some other stuff, but, that being said they were correct on what could be adressed and the prices they quoted were reasonable,and most importantly they didn't try to put any scare tactics or high pressure. i liked the way they handled everything.
