I've been a patient of Dr. Fry for over ten years and have recommended Premier to many people, but I've been assigned a new Dr., and I'm not pleased. My family and I are patients at Premier because I chose Dr. Fry to be my eye care specialist. Additionally, Premier has not rescheduled me for exams multiple times, and I am required to have regular eye exams as directed by my physician. Upon checking out this last visit, I wasn't asked to schedule another exam, and this isn't the first time. Additionally, I could not submit the required forms before my last appointment after trying on separate occasions through the portal. I had scheduled an early morning appointment to attend meetings that day. Still, I missed my first meeting because I had to complete a bunch of paperwork even though nothing had changed with my contact information, medical insurance, eye insurance, etc. I saw my dermatologist yesterday, and all I needed to do was to indicate there were no changes to the data they already had.

My wife is not pleased with Premier, I'm not pleased, and the Dr. I've seen scared the living crap out of my daughter last year by sending her to a specialist and indicated she could possibly have something like a tumor in her brain. The specialists said she was fine.

My last point is that things would probably run a little smoother if the office staff paid as much attention to detail at the front desk as Premier does in attempting to sell high-end computer glasses.

I will not recommend Premier to any friends or family anymore. The last comment from a reference, an employee of mine, was Premier was overpriced and pushy about selling products.

I'm sticking with Premier for the time being, but we'll see since I don't have another appointment scheduled - again.

I can understand why Premier Eyecare is sooo busy. They have two of the best doctors with terrific “chair side” manner. I would recommend them to anyone.

I am a new patient and overall I am happy with the service I received. Everyone was nice and explained what they were doing and answered all questions I had. My only issue was they were very busy when I arrived and I had to wait a while to go to see a doctor and even then there were technical issues with some of the systems They were aware of the situation and we’re very sorry that it was taking so long. They explained that this was not normal. They had some staff that had to go home unexpectedly that day. Overall good experience and I will definitely go back.

The staff at Premier is always helpful and work hard to make you feel comfortable. We have gone there for years and always received great care.
