I was having a little trouble reading my texts and emails on my iPhone with my new glasses. Dr. Fry and his staff rechecked my prescription and other key elements in the fitting. He explained why it was so difficult to get both far and near objects in focus - it is a compromise given my particular issues (probably need cataract surgery in the not too distant future). They took my glasses to get new lenses that will hopefully help with my reading. In any case, I now understand the issues. Dr. Fry and his staff really spent a lot of time with me and explained everything thoroughly to me. This was a great visit, and I really appreciate their friendliness and professionalism - outstanding service!

My son and I had an excellent experience at Premier Eyecare. The staff was very welcoming. Dr. Green did our exams and she was very thorough and took the time to explain her findings.

I have a bit of feedback for the office. First of all, I really dislike the process for checking in online. When I normally check in for MD visit, there is a button that I can press to say "no changes." I have gone to your office for years and it is aggravating to have to re-enter my personal data every time. Secondly, I dislike being asked by the tech whether or not I want a "retinal scan," I have no idea if I need one or not. It seems like that is something that the doctor should talk with me about. I am not doctor. That is why I come to see Dr. Fry. Either I need one or not. It makes me wonder if I am just being up sold a services that I don't need. I like your practice but it seems like I am always being pressured into buying something like computer glasses, sunglasses, supplements, retinal scan etc.
