Excellent builder, committed to task. Small issues during build, but Premier resolved all of them. On a down note, build time took much longer than anticipated. If you work with Premier, plan on receiving a great pool and twice the time to complete it.

We could not be more delighted with the quality of the design and installation process that Premier Pools of Central Florida provided. From the initial meetings with Todd for the design, through the first class project management provided by Hal, the team was efficient, reliable, friendly and professional. Despite the rainy season and a number of obstacles, the Premier team managed to come in a bit early, in time to celebrate my husband's birthday. I will also add that ,each contracting team involved in laying stone, setting tile and laying pavers, performed their tasks with thoroughness and professionalism. Our family would recommend Premier to anyone interested in a new pool. We're thrilled! Cindy Lane

This is my second pool built by Premier Pools and both times I have been 100% satisfied! From the design stage with Garrett (who was amazing providing solid ideas and guidance) to every stage of building overseen by Hal who we found to be beyond professional and personable! Premier hires nothing but superb contractors who are attention to detail and care more about quality service then rushing off to the next job. We highly recommend anyone considering building a pool to include Premier in your quoting process - we could not be happier! The Farbers

Our pool renovation turned out better than we anticipated and we love it! The only slip-up is that Premier Pools is not responding to our request to fix a few minor problems that need attention after installation.

I did my research and had 3 other companies bid on my project. I picked the best and was rewarded with ahead of scheduled delivery and at price agreed. They where very helpful in working with us on any variety of issues that naturally come up in a job like this. My only mistake was wasting time looking at the other Pool companies at the beginning of my search. If you going to invest in a Pool, Premier Pool is the only company you should consider.

I had a leak less then 1 year. I contacted them & they sent a team to fix it. It wasn't fixed so I contacted them again & they sent a tech. out to look at it. He told me to monitor it & we were getting a lot of rain so I couldn't get a good result. In the mean time the pump went out. I contacted them & they sent a tech. out & he installed a used part to get it working. He told us the pump was bad & he would be back with a new. He never came back. I contacted them & they had the sub-contractor contact me. They told me there was nothing wrong but I need to go & reset the breaker at least once a week. That tells me it is pulling to much power. Back to the leak I got a good result from the test & contacted them with the results. They told he how to test for a leak. I told them I did there test & that is where they never replied to any of my e-mails. I had to hire a company to look for the leak. They found the fix they did the first was a bad fix. They took out the seal that they did & resealed it. I went into this project thinking this the company for this, boy was I wrong. They lost out on at least 3 jobs when I told them what happened. I understand thing happen but when they don't want to talk to me that is bad business practice.

As this is an anonymous review, it is difficult for us to reply to the comments stated above with any specifics. However, we can address concerns raised in a general format as to how we would handle the situation stated. If there was indeed a leak, Premier would cover that leak up to year if it's inside the pool. We have a specialized leak company that does all our repairs and once they report the leak is repaired, we accept that it has been repaired. If the leak persisted then we would hope the homeowner would call back and report this issue. As far as the pump is concerned, if the pump went bad we would forward that information on to a Hayward warranty station to handle the repair. All Hayward related warranty items must be handled through the warranty station, if indeed the warranty station did not do what was expected then we would surely get the Hayward Rep involved to resolve the issue. I can't speak to whether or not this homeowner communicated this information to our office because I do not have this information to verify. However, we make every effort to resolve warranty issues in a timely fashion and communicate clearly with all our customers.

We have cracks in the pool deck.

Dents in aluminum drain.

Deck paint chipping.

Painted deck when it rained.

No labels on plumbing on pool pump.

Did not keep with scheduled appointments.

Days went on without anyone showing up to work on site.

Mr. and Mrs. Jamison, We are truly sorry to read your recent review. Unfortunately, rain is a threat in Florida and we make every effort to have it not affect our jobs, however there are times when it does. To our knowledge the deck crew came back out and repainted your deck. An email was sent asking if the repaint was acceptable on November 4th, but we never received a response. Matt will reach out to you discuss the paint issue and getting that to your satisfaction now that we are aware of it. As far as the deck cracks, they do occur with acrylic decking, all measures are taken to prevent them, however just as your home foundation can crack so too can pool decks, this information is discussed in the contract. Pavers are always an option to prevent seeing the cracks and many homeowners opt for this feature for this very reason. As for the plumbing labels, we will send someone to have the labels put on your plumbing as that should have been done at the time of startup. As for your concerns about not keeping appointments, we make every effort to explain to all our homeowners that progress is done weekly, not daily. This is explained at the time of signing the documents as well in our welcome letter sent to each homeowner. Rain delays, delays on other jobs and inspections prevent exact appointment times from being possible. These possible delays are taken into consideration when the timeline of the project is discussed at the signing of the contract and on your project did not prevent us from meeting the completion timeline.
