I have been using Mike Daine with Prescription Heating & Cooling for close to twenty years and he's always taken good care of making sure our systems are running efficiently and and are well maintained. Mike knows understands boiler heating systems and feel confident in his service and opinions. I highly recommend Prescription Heating & Cooling for your HVAC needs.

Mike was great to work with scheduling our home plus 3 rentals. Have not heard any remarks from the renters. Only suggestion....if a broom is borrowed to use in the basement please bring it back upstairs. Minor, but.....

Mike and his crew were responsive! When they accessed our project they provided a competitive quote within 48 hours, and installed within 10 days! Mind you, we were NOT an emergency.

Called them in to do a checkout of our AC system after numerous calls to another firm hired by our remodeling contract. Mike and Connor found the issue, did a thorough system check for leaks and installed a new thermostat at our request. Service was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and they cleaned up the little mess they had made. Quite the contrast to the other vendor.
