I had the worst experience I have ever had at this salon. However this is not an accurate description of the salon because in my 6 hours of being here, i saw many customers leave with great hair and very satisfied. On the other hand, my experience was hands down horrible. I had a consultation and my stylists knew what i wanted and said it could be done. On the day of my appointment, she literally fried my hair (my hair is still breaking off days later and i walked in with healthy hair) and then told me she couldn't do what i wanted (go blonde) due to the "integrity of my hair". I then chose another color she said would work (a dark brown with a red undertone) and after she dyed my hair.... my hair was orange. She did not acknowledge that the results were not what i asked and i payed almost $200 for this tragic service. I would go back and demand for my ORANGE hair to be fixed but i just do not want to ever step foot in the salon again. Once again, there were many other stylists doing a fantastic job but personally, the stylist doing my hair should not be allowed to do hair.
