Exceedingly happy with the service. Brought in a car I recently purchased sight unseen and asked them for a general condition inspection and oil/filter change. I had a general idea of what they might find and the end list of items was expected. Provided with; FYI, near future and needed now. Some items I could take care of on my own and they were fine with that. They did an excellent job with the remaining issues and provided a list of items for future consideration. Very happy with the service that’s why this is my 3rd vehicle I’m bringing them. Only wished they worked on Audi’s as well.

For every aspect that is involved with a vehicle repair, the entire experience at Prestige Auto Repair was impressive, enjoyable, top-notch, & excellent! The initial several phone calls to Chris & Chandler for input & advice about BMW X3's, were extremely helpful & very much appreciated. Then, dropping off the X3 after hours, & receiving phone call updates along the process, was very accommodating & welcomed. Finally, the email sent the same day containing the link to the web-page for the results of the inspection, was awesome!! The web-page layout with explanations & pictures put a smile on my face from ear-to-ear; truly! I would very highly recommend Prestige Auto Repair to everyone as MINI of Portland highly recommended them to me.

I am spoiled by going there. Have no complaints about any part of any visit yet. I wish they added a car wash, which I ‘d happily pay for. I understand why they don’t have that service given it is available other places in town however. No complaints!!
