The team at Prestige Auto were professional and thorough. I appreciated their personalized approach to customer service. I was pleasantly surprised to be offered a ride after dropping off my car and the offer of a pick-up when service was complete. My preventative maintenance options were explained thoroughly. I did not price-shop prior to scheduling maintenance at Prestige Auto Repair, but feel that I got what I paid for - quality service with a commensurate price tag.
I am very disappointed in service ,I bring my car in after making an appointment 5am and you never have my car ready . 10 years at least with your garage and I feel disrispected. This is not the first time you have kept me waiting . I will find another garage to take my car to. .
I felt like a valued customer. Chris was spot-on with the communication and let me know where I stood every step of the way. The repair itself was done efficiently and in a timely manner. They were thorough as well, giving my Z3 a good once-over and noting potential problems that might need attention. I absolutely appreciated the way I was treated and the quality work I received.
Provided the repairs that were needed, and provided good descriptions of pending maintenance requirements and expected costs. Very amicable office personnel. Owner (Mike) was very congenial. I'd have no reservation about bringing your BMW, Mercedes, or other European import to this shop!
There was some miscommunication with Chris at first and I previously left a bad review about getting scammed.. Chris personally reached out to me and explained the situation.. Which was outstanding customer service! Chris did right by me, he was a gentleman, unlike myself on my last review.
