I wrote an earlier review about a negative experience for a pre-purchase inspection (where they missed some body damage).
Chris reached out to me, and after speaking with him, it turned out that it was an honest mistake and he was sincerely sorry for my experience. After realizing how detail oriented and dedicated to customer service they are, I would have them work on my car anytime.
In hindsight, I should have contacted them before posting a review because they are genuinely great to deal with.

We were looking to buy a used car and booked a pre-purchase mechanical inspection (paid $300 for their Mercedes expertise). I asked whether they would look at the body, tires, rims, and interior as well (as we were from out of town), and was assured they would and this is included.
They did a mechanical inspection and provided their report. I called to ask about the condition of the vehicle interior/exterior, and the response I got "oh yeah.. it's pretty good.. no issues".
Satisfied with their report, and after traveling 3+ hours to purchase the vehicle, a quick walk around quickly revealed glaring dings/dents/rust spots that I was amazed were missed. The passenger rear panel had a rust spot 3" long and 1/2" wide, the driver seat was torn, the rear trunk had a deep dent, etc..
I would have appreciated a more thorough report before we wasted an entire day traveling back and forth.
I'll begin with an apology. Very sorry for your experience. This is quite disappointing to hear. I've had a long chat with the technicians regarding what to look for on pre-purchase inspections and we will adjust their procedure accordingly. They tend to focus on the mechanicals and not these other details, which are obviously important.

The staff is very friendly and the work was done well and on time as promised. The cost was on par with shops that are less experienced with working on Mercedes products. My one recommendation would to provide more information with an oil change service as most shops will provide a basic inspection report as part of the service. The location is fine, however as a customer who works downtown, the cost to get a ride to work and back to pick up the vehicle was a drawback.
Thanks for the feedback. Our techs always do an inspection with the service, so I've started to provide a physical checklist. Clients will now get a copy with services. We do offer local shuttle service, next service let us know in advance and we will help you out with the ride.

The staff was courteous and clear as to what was needed to be done. I felt that the car was in the shop much longer than needed. I was waiting on a part which took in my opinion longer than expected. I found the cost of the work was substantial higher than what I expected. I also found that considering I spent $4000 dollars on the vehicle that when the car was returned, the exterior of the car would have been dried and the interior vacuumed. I was recommended to your establishment from a close friend, who said that I could trust the mechanics to be honest and would do good work. I understand that Mercedes has a recommended schedule of work to be done, but I thought that based on the mileage and condition of my car, there could have been some of the work delayed for a future time. My car is never winter drivien and is parrked in a heated garage. I was surprised at the amount of work needed for car in my condition.
Hey Don, thanks for the feedback. Waiting on parts is always a drag. The interior should have been vacuumed. I'll have a chat with the guys in the back on that one. As the owner you can always delay work as you see fit. We make our recommendations based on what is best for the car. Cheers
