I am so utterly disappointed. I have been coming here for many years and I have always had wonderful experiences. Yesterday, I came in with my 17 year old cat for blood work and Dr. Thompson came in to give me the results. I knew the conversation wasn’t going to be good and I tired to mentally prepare myself. Dr. Thompson was abrupt and told me my cat was dying. I tried asking questions but she told me she couldn’t answer them that I had “to see a specialist.” What kind of vet can’t answer simple questions? Honestly, it was her overall demeanor and attitude that really upset me. No “i’m sorry” or “if we can do anything for you let us know.” She was very cold, abrupt and non caring. Dr. Thompson, please be more caring and considerate to those of us who come to you seeking support and guidance during these tough times. You had a chance to make a difference and help and you simply let us both down. My heartbreak was only amplified after leaving your office. On a positive side, the manager and nurses were great.
