I contacted PPC on a Sunday via email hoping I could get my dog in due to concerns that he had a upper respiratory infection. PPC called me back before they even officially opened Monday morning and got him in 2.5 hours later. I was so thrilled and grateful. His care was also fantastic. My dog has been going here for almost 8 years and he loves everyone

I am very disappointed with Primary Pet Care. I have always taken my dogs here for several years and have been very happy. My dog had an ear infection and he needed his toenails trimmed. When I got the bill, I noticed that there was a $40 charge for a fecal comprehensive (I did not bring in a stool sample) and a $77 charge for blood work (lepto, heart worm, etc). I questioned the charges that I never ever gave my permission for. They told me it was routine and they automatically do it every year. This is a sick visit for an ear infection! This is not his annual well visit. He was here in the summer for that. Why would they do a fecal comprehensive when he was being checked for an ear infection?! I don't believe they even did a fecal comprehensive or the blood work (there was no bandage around his leg like they always do). I believe they were trying to charge me for services they didn't provide. Make sure you check your bill when you get it to make sure it is accurate. They did refund my $117. I have 4 dogs and I will not return to Primary Pet Care due to this incident.
