We had our windows cleaned on 7/27/2021. I was quoted $240 for 33 windows but technician who did not provide his name stated $290 to complete the job. He counted 29 windows but my two patio doors and foyer windows were extra thus $50 more. I anticipated my indoor window sills to be wiped down especially the second story foyer window as per original email quote of services , they were not. Some of the outside white window frames were left with visible streaks of dirt from the window washing .I am somewhat disappointed as I was assured of being completely satisfied with the service which I am not. I know there are many cleaning services out there with different quotes that were less costly but I was assured by your representative via phone conversation on Monday of complete satisfaction.

Windows at tops and side edges were not clean. They said they would come back to redo but haven't heard from anyone. They did the work during a rain. I don't know what they did with the leaves from the gutters. I didn't see any bags. Did they just blow them onto the ground? I wasn't there when they cleaned the gutters but arrived later

Prime Time made it very easy to get my windows cleaned. Within minutes of requesting a quote on line, I received a call back. I counted the number of windows in my home and was given a quote on the spot. They even offered to come out the next day. The window tech was very professional and thorough. It was a great experience and I will definitely us this firm again.

Prime Time Window and Gutter Cleaning cleaned our gutters twice - but never again. The last time they cleaned our gutters, they punched holes in the gutters. The damage was so severe that we had to replace the gutters. Prime Time promised that they'd pay for the replacement cost. I now have the benefit of an extensive file of their promises, but I have received not one cent of reimbursement. I do not recommend this company.
