Priority One has been great. Our ductless heating units have kept our old, poorly insulated house quite comfortable for the past year., in both freezing temperatures and days over 100 degrees!
My only complaint about the 1 year service would be that the technician told me about blowing out the unit from the bottom to clean the fan intake but did not do it while he was there. Maybe he didn't have the right tools but just seems like something they should do for the fee. I do the monthly cleaning on the filters myself and know it needs done often but from my understanding the blowing out of the intake is not that frequent and in my mind should be done during the service.
I did not pay for my first year service, so maybe it will be done on my next year service which I did prepay for this year.
