Dr. Burns and all of the Priority Pet Hospital staff are stellar to work with! They make you feel like family and truly care about each pet as if they were their own.

We have many options for vets close to home, but choose to drive over 30 minutes to see them. There is no place our pup and kitties would rather be when it is time for the health visits and we would drive to the ends of the earth for this type of care!

Above all, their philosophy on conservative treatments, assistance with training, homecare, and commitment to low stress visits for each pet visit make them top notch in their field!

Great veterinary clinic! Everyone is nice, welcoming, and compassionate. They all seem to truly love what they do and they really know there stuff. Very thorough. Couldn't ask for a better vet.

We did not leave the clinic until 45 minutes after our appointment.

I felt as though we were there for one simple thing- a check up and blood work for medicine, but we were being questioned to death about rabies and a disease being passed through urine. When I said no to all the extra vaccines and blood work, I felt like the doctor was looking at me as if I didn't love my dog.

Everyone was very nice about the wait and the questions seemed sincere, but get me out of here in a reasonable period of time.

Everything was great and I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a vet. The only suggestion I have is in regards to the dialog with the vet. She made some suggestions on supplements to give to our dog. We received an email reminding us of one of the recommendations she made, but nothing on the other because it's not something sold at the pet hospital. It would be nice to have a list or note on everything discussed during the visit before leaving. With the distraction of the dog and what he was doing, it was difficult to pay attention. I hope I remembered everything.

Priority Pet Hospital replied:

Thank you for this excellent feedback.

The original service was average nothing particularly outstanding. The warranty is not worth the paper it is printed on. My transmission failed at about 2,500 miles of use. Cause of the failure was the transmission cooler clogged up allowing the transmission to overheat and burn up. They refused to honor the 12,000 mile or 12 month warranty on parts and labor warranty. Their claim is that they recommended an additional cooler be installed when I had the transmission rebuilt. My questions to them were, 1. When I picked up the vehicle shiftright gave me an unconditional 12,000 mile or 12 month warranty on parts and labor. No conditions were noted by shiftright limiting the warranty. 2. "If you thoroughly cleaned the existing transmission parts and flushed the cooling system, then filled the transmission with new fluid, where did the material that clogged the cooler come from?" There was no reply other than you should have installed an additional cooler.
