Dr. Subak and the staff at Advanced Family Eyecare consistently provide excellent service to my family. The exams are comprehensive and utilize technology to diagnose present and potential eye health issues. We always purchase our glasses there as well because of the wide variety of frames from which to choose.

Though my haircut was very good this is the second time in a row that they have been way behind in their appointment scheduling. I received a call while I was driving. On my way to get my haircut that the girl was running at least an entire appointment behind. This ended up affecting my entire days plans. They did get me in to get shampooed but by the time the girl was ready to cut my hair it was all dry and I had been sitting there half an hour. My complaint is not with the person to cut my hair. My complaint is that this is a relatively new girl and they scheduled her with 15 minute appointments. So that if even one person was late or had a longer than needed procedure, she would be automatically behind schedule.
