I've been coming to this office for 5 years and have had an amazing experience so far! I love the receptionist and how friendly she is. I've been seen by 1 dentist and enjoy his chit chat while he works on my teeth, distracting me from my nervousness. I love how they ask if I'm doing ok constantly during cleaning, and take the time to explain what I could do better with my dental hygiene. Office is small, but clean, the assistants are friendly and knowledgeable. I love the call and text reminders!

They don't respond to phone calls or the messages left from emails in a timely manor.

I do apologize if it's in regards to a cleaning we need to get the hygienist's schedule which was updated and implement working with a new doctor that will be starting end of January. If it's an emergency we do get back right right and we do leave an emergency number on the door and the on the voicemail. All emails r returned within 24 hours. Please keep in mind that it's the end of the year and we do our best to try to accommodate all our patients that all have different needs. We can provide you with another number as well when at another office .Thank you

The care is excellent once at the office. Multiple reminders, though excessive even once confirmed. It is difficult to reach the office or use their email response. They just don't respond if you dont reach a real person.

I was in the waiting room for 25 minutes after my appointment time until someone finally took me back. Also, Dr. Johnson was obviously busy, as he barely spent any time talking to me or looking at my teeth. He looked in my mouth for less than 30 seconds.

I do apologize if you felt you would have liked more time at your apot. Please keep in mind that if the Dr. doesn't see any concerns at the time of your apot. It would seem short. Yet, I always recommend to the patients if you have any concerns or questions to please talk to the dentist about them. Dr. Johnson's would listen and address any concerns.
