While everyone was pleasant enough, they are not good listeners. I told them that I am hearing impaired and they continued to speak to me from behind, etc, which does not work for people like me. I asked if I could use my headphones to distract me, he said yes, but the doctor started the numbing procedure before I could get the headphones. He told me the numbing and injection was the worst part, but that was NOT TRUE. I had two teeth extracted and I was incredibly uncomfortable throughout the entire procedure. He was very goal-oriented to get the teeth extracted, but it was a very unpleasant experience for me. I had explained my fear of dentists, but not much was done to alleviate it. Maybe this review and all the other not so nice reviews can educate Pro Dental to listen to their patients, practice some compassion and improve their reputation. I now understand why people have called it an assembly line practice. I wish them luck in the future, it wouldn't take much to turn their practice into one providing more compassionate care.
