I was fine with my office visit. However, when I called to discuss my outrageously high billing, after waiting 7 minutes for someone to help me, I felt that I was talked to in a condescending manner and did not appreciate that my concern over how high the prices are becoming for my glasses were accepted sarcastically. I realize that the materials being offered are of a great quality. But, when I see offers being advertised on television I have to question the amount. As opposed to being offered to have my order cancelled and my money refunded, a little true compassion might have worked better. PEOPLE DO NOT APPRECIATE BEING TALKED DOWN TO!!!! I felt that's how my call was handled.
