Dr. Sims is very cordial and professional. I have had this last year a little trouble getting my glasses to stay where I need them with my progressives. That being said, they have been trying to get it corrected. Overall a great place with a friendly staff and fairly prompt service.

I absolutely loved the environment that I walked into. The secretaries greet with such sincerity. And the eye doctors are so relatable and great at what they do, they kept me informed of the test that they were doing and what comes from the test. I am the type of person who loves to know how everything works and why things are being done and it was amazing that they informed me of everything so I didn't have to ask.

Excellent, Holly took some extra time to educate me on a couple of things. Also, I want to commend the staff at PEC-M. They make everything run smoothly and are very helpful. Give them a raise if you can.

However, the young girl who did testing, (22 year old with glasses who said she just came to the Mason office a month ago) needs to be reminded that her job is to provide customer service. She was snippy, rude and walked away from me at least four times to chat with other people when I was looking at frames. Not a good reflection of the office in general. Other associates, great, especially the twins! Always fabulous!!
