I’ve been using this company for the last 3 or 4 years and have no complaints at all. Every inspector I’ve had is knowledgeable and friendly. They don’t freak people out when explaining some of their findings. Great company!

Excellent, concise report from an experienced inspector, Alex, who does notice all the significant issues, but delivers the information in a non-alarming manner. I would thoroughly recommend the company.

Chris was on time (actually early) and performed the inspection professionally and the report was sent to me the next day.

Very impressive.

Customer support was a bit sloppy, They read my messages, but no reply, etc.

Also the report was delayed 1 day from the expected date.

However, they provided the service properly with good price overall.

Alex was great. I like the fact that you don't have a bunch of incriminating photos that everybody has a different take on, nor can they explain what is depicted in the photos they take. But I do have one question, When the report states:"1. Curbs & Gutters The concrete curb and gutter SHOULD BE SERVICED because there is evidence of cracks and lifting. These conditions could be a hazard for which the property owner may be responsible. We suggest that these conditions be corrected. It is also suggested that these conditions be discussed with the Department of Streets or Public Works as they may include the repair of the curb and gutter as a part of their street repair program. "

In your experience, whose liability is the "curb and gutter"? Isn't that outside the property line? Doesn't San Jose have a street repair program? I note the city tree guys are back at it, now that they got tax income.

Please advise,
