Came highly recommended on my local town's Facebook page. Did not disappoint! Dr. Cappiello, and her staff, were very thorough, explained everything fully and were very kind to us and our dog, Romeo. Will definitely be returning with my other dog and bird.

Prospect Ridge was able to address my cat`s issues in a timely fashion and within my budget . She was back to her old self in a matter of hours !

With all the email and post card reminders that we receive, I was surprised when I reviewed my invoice when I got home and realized that Kip was not being tested for heartworm. Fortunately I called before his sample was sent out to test his thyroid and asked that it also be used to test for heartworm. Why wasn't this part of his testing especially at this time of year?

Hello,

Regarding Kip's heartworm test, it was not listed on current reminders for his servces due because his test was last performed November of 2016, and we run the test yearly. His reminders for this fall would have shown that it was time for the test November 2017. Once we received your call after his thyroid recheck visit inquiring about the test, we informed that he was not due for it, but, if he was not currently being given heartworm preventatives that we would have that test added on. We were easily able to do so once we were informed that there was a lapse in his prevention.

Let's face it...your pet is your family member. You wouldn't trust just any doctor for your mother, father, son, our daughter, would you? Then treat your pet the same way! Do your research. You will find out that Dr. Cappiello graduated first in her class at arguably the best vet school in the country (U of Pennsylvania). Her knowledge and expertise is second to none. But it's more than that. She has put together an all star staff that obviously care about their clients' pets as if they were their own. From the moment you enter the beautiful, new clinic you feel at home and know immediately that you've "come to the right place". I've recommended Prospect Ridge to many local pet owners and every one of them has thanked me over and over again. So do you and your beloved pet a favor and make an appointment ASAP. You'll be happy you did!
