Protek was fast, efficient, and easy to work with. Very friendly! They were extremely detailed with their walk through and report. Report was clear and concise and we had it within 24 hours. The inspector was able to answer additional questions even after the inspection which was very helpful.
Would use them again in a heartbeat!

I selected Protek because of their positive reviews. Thy lived up to their reputation. The inspector was on time, friendly, and professional. Protek did a condo inspection and pointed out small things that we could fix ourselves and bigger issues.The report was very detailed with pictures and estimated costs of repairs. Very useful in negotiations with the seller.

Over 25 years ago Mr. Yanis Putelis (President of ProTek) inspected two houses for us--one became our home. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable.
