I feel confident with the quality and knowledge of your plumbing staff. Gela was the plumber on my last service call. He was excellent in service and knowledge of my issues. 2nd time using your company.

Only complaint is your phone service. Not happy receiving a message during normal hours that you are closed. Leave a message and someone will call back. Not exactly comforting as Plumbing issues usually need a quick reply.

Outstanding service from A to Z !

From the time I called to ask for an appointment to the time I signed the invoice, the entire event was highly professional in any resect. I have been working with Pruzansky for at least 10 years and to be perfectly honest have never been disappointed. The kitchen sink was badly leaking and needed a new connecting fitting which Marvin replaced for less than 30 min. The remaining piping was re-installed, properly aligned and the connections tested meticulously for leaks. The service charge was very reasonable for the level of efficiency and accuracy provided.

Very satisfied as usual.
