Pruzansky was very quick to respond to my call. In the middle of a cold spell, my furnace gave out. They got a service man out quickly who diagnosed my problem and I got an estimate in a very short time. I appreciated their friendly service and fast turn around!

We woke up on a cold Sunday morning to find our pilot light was out on our boiler. They were upfront to us about options and realistic timing. It took two visits (one to relight and one to install a new gas valve assembly) and was seamless. Plumber arrived in our agreed upon window for both visits and we were up and running. They might be a little more expensive than some guy you find on the internet, but you get quality and good service.
