I was contacted the morning of my appointment that I needed to reschedule because my service provider, Julie, called out sick.
I was pleasantly surprised when I was told I could reschedule for 11 a.m. that same day with Judy. I said "I don't know Judy" and was told she was the Owner. Lucky me!
What a delight it was to meet with Judy.
She took her time with me as I tried to explain how I styled my hair and she truly listened to me, just like Julie does.
It was so nice to spend an hour with her.
