We came in for a initial first time visit (cash patient) and was charged $209 for a visit that lasted 15 minutes and nothing was done except a little floride painted on. No xrays or anything. Overpriced! I was out of the office within 15 minutes and paid $209 to be told to come back in 6 months

We welcome the opportunity to address concerns with our patients and we appreciate the honesty in your review. We are very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the service you received while in our office. Here at Pure Pediatric Dentistry, we pride ourselves on being experts in dealing with children and creating an experience for them that is not only thorough but efficient. When working with children, we have learned that we have a very small window of time to do the work needed before they are ready to move on.
During an exam and cleaning appointment, Dr. Cottrell and the assistants work together through an 8-step process that checks for missing teeth, decay, gingivitis, tarter, removing plaque and polishing teeth, flossing, administering fluoride and taking necessary x-rays on patients 4 years or older (unless there is an area of concern.) There have been a few parents in the past that have shared your concerns, but after given the opportunity to hear what is actually covered during and exam and cleaning, they are grateful for how efficiently we are able to provide quality care for their child.
Children are our specialty and our priority and we love providing them with the consideration and care they deserve! If you would like us to discuss your specific situation with our office manager, we would be happy to talk with you directly.
