After a tooth started having issues less than a year after treatment I had nothing but troubles with the staff at pure dental. They refused to put me in touch with the dentist when I was concerned about my tooth as well as a payment they wanted to charge me just for consulting on work previously some. I waited literally months for a call or an email, after calling nearly weekly to request it. If you’re not willing to shell out dollar after dollar without reasonable question regarding your treatment plan, then this isn’t the place for you. The rude service, questionable payment policies ($100 for a consult on a tooth that was troubled only after it was worked on by them), and lack of simple customer service resulted in me paying for service elsewhere to just avoid coming back to this rude facility!

I had a decay which it was cleaned according to the doctor. I went to Mexico because the crown was going to be very expensive., here in Chicago.

The doctor in Mexico informed me that he wasn’t being able to placed the crown because the molar had still a decay.

I was very surprised because I paid a lot just for removing the decay in your office.
