Love the clinic - great colours, great atmosphere, friendly staff. My daughter was very anxious getting her braces and the awesome technician who put the braces on was patient and explained what she was doing every step of the way. So much so, that my daughter became comfortable and almost fell asleep. Thank you!

I came in for my follow up appointment and did not even see the dentist. The technician did not look at my invisalign and just asked me how long I was wearing the tray per day. And a couple other questions that could have been done over the phone. It was a waste of my time and I had to use banked vacation hours for this appointment.

The doctor and staff were friendly, helpful and very informative. The care my daughter has received so far has been fantastic! However there wasn't enough seating in the waiting area and no seating at all by the patients chairs inside. The music though out was so loud I had to yell at the assistant and couldn't hear what she was trying to explain to me. I don't know how the staff doesn't have a head ache at the end of every work day. I had one after spending an 1hr 1/2 in there.

I've never had any dental work before, other than cleanings and check ups every year. I wasn't sure what to expect. I'm hoping that my expectations weren't too high, because so far I've been pretty disappointed.

My initial appointment/assessment was great and very informative, but since that first assessment, things have gone down hill. When I got my braces on, the technician didn't talk to me really at all and didn't seem to pay attention. She was chatting with her friends, and wasn't even looking down at my mouth most of the time. I had a lot of anxiety, which was largely ignored, but could have been calmed by talking to me and explaining what was going on.

My next visit was ok, the technician seemed a lot more engaged in my treatment. She did rush through explaining the elastics though and I had to google the correct position (sure hope it's right since I don't go back until June). She also gave me latex elastics and I had to ask for non latex after my mouth started getting itchy.

It was explained to me at the outset that all services and appliances would be covered during my treatment (except after 5 bracket repairs, then they would be charged). I was incredibly disappointed to learn that the recommended myofunctional therapy would be an additional nearly $2k charge. Without this therapy, the braces are basically useless, as my tongue will push my teeth back out in a matter of a couple years. So I feel like I'm being held for a ransom of $2k.

I'm trying to be optimistic, but right now I'm feeling taken advantage of and I feel as though I'm bleeding money to have my mouth feel normal again. I sure wish all the costs had been explained and not hidden so I could have made better decisions as to which orthodontist to use.

What the staff don't understand in this dental clinic is that some people do not know what they don't know. THEREFORE, they need to explain what they are doing and it's purpose not just say "do you have any questions?"
