I paid for a product that was not in stock being assured that I would be contacted when it came in so that I could just pick it up. 2 months later I happened to be in and saw that the item was in stock although no one had called me. With my receipt in hand I picked it up and went to the counter only to have to plead and argue with the staff who didn't know how to handle the situation and, therefore, didn't want to let me take the item that I had paid for.
The last 2 or 3 times that I have been into the salon thhe front desk doesn't seem to be able to handle anything. I guess I was spoiled by the personable young guy who used to work there and, in addition to being able to handle any situation, also made each customer feel like someone special that he was genuinely glad to see.
Service has gone downhill. If my facialist wasn't one of the best and Pure didn't sell Aveda products I would go someplace else.
