I used to love this place, specially how good the service was and how much they cared about their clients. I have been using their services for almost 6 years now and sadly their attitude has changed. I got sent away for being 3 mins late without much consideration for how much of my time was wasted driving back and forth. I am very patient and will accept my fault and go back happily if I show up late. Actually I will call to ask if they can still take me in if late beyond 5 mins. But there was no will to accommodate me for my appointment what so ever. I can go on in detail about the situation to give a better picture but that treatment was just not right. I understand it's busy time and that the stylist is busy, but if you can't manage 3 mins to make up for another client, not sure where your interests are. Why book appointments with zero margin. Sorry but life happens no matter how well you plan it. My friends and I will no longer be going there anymore.
Our stylists are in high demand and each of their services are allowed a certain amount of time. We do take pride in keeping track of every appointment followed by courtesy confirmation calls and text messages. This was the first time we were not able to accommodate your tardiness and we were more than willing to reschedule your appointment. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience.
