Iff you are a "detail" oriented person, read this. If you're not, then this office is great. Go for the cleaning/X-ray special and you will judge for yourself.
I have been a teacher for many years. Maybe that is why I am a person who will express my dissatisfaction with a bad service, but will go out of my way to compliment a job well done to a supervisor. In this case, I don't want anyone to go through the discomfort I have had in my mouth for the last four+years nor the wasted expense. I could have just paid once rather than twice.
I was convinced by a friend (who we consider family), to travel an hour to see Dr. Ern. She has been relentless insisting that it was worth the drive for a cleaning/X-ray special. Out of desperation I went. The. Office was easy to get to, parking was great, front end office pleasant and smart, nice Drs., good assistants, and clean office. Good first impression. Been there, done that. Most offices are nice the first time. Actually, I thought they were a little too nice. As time has gone on, I realized that this office just is. They are for real. Dr. Ern did more in one visit and "got me" the first visit that other professionals didn't after four years. Who would think that driving an hour upstate to Brewster of all places had this little gem of an office. Everyone goes to Manhattan or to a satellite office of someone who works there.
Okay, it's been alittle over a month, but it feels like a lifetime since I looked in the mirror just simply b look at my teeth and my smile. I feel like an ass that I waited so long.
If you want a professionally run, up to date office that uses modern methods instead of excuses why something can't be done give them a call. Tbe front end will take it from there. They are the best.
