Lisa was great at providing options as well as education about the changes my hair has gone through. She gave me her wisdom and expertise and then listened and followed through with what I wanted as I melded my desires with her recommendations. She was also helpful with product recommendations as well as do's and don'ts moving forward to help me manage my difficult to manage hair!
