Jacob was excellent. He was very courteous and respectful, on-time, and updated me as he was doing repairs. He was able to identify the problem, get the parts needed to repair the gate, and complete the repair within 2-3 hours. He also made very helpful maintenance recommendations that we can do on our own to extend the continued operation and life of our gate. Quality Access was also excellent in sticking to the schedule I was given on the day I called for service. I was given an approximate service time and day and that I would receive a call at least 30 minutes prior to the serve technician showing up. They followed through and I received the call and the technician arrived within the expected time frame. Thank you Jacob and Quality Access!
