Trying the "new" guy out - as I was told Mark had retired (that's what my wife tells people about me) ... Chris did a
wonderful job in servicing my mother's (84) 2003 325i. I noticed it had been smelling hot and burning-like when she would
drive up so I took in to Quality. Unfortunately, the repairs were more than the $100 I had hoped to pay (it is a BMW), but
Chris sent detailed photos and explained the issues in depth and did not pressure us into making the repairs (though we did),
and then offered to buy her car!
I have taken 4 family cars to Quality Motors over the years and have nothing but positive things to say about their facility and
staff - we'll miss you Mark, but Chris is doing right by your clients.
