Although, I was talking to another customer when our cars were completed. No one came to talk to me regarding my service received. I am looking over my paperwork as I write this and I have to say, I have questions that need answers regarding my "notes" section. So I need to take time out today to come back up there and get some questions answered.
They were there at the time they said they would be there, they got the job done fast and accurately, all with a friendly demeanor. Very good experience , and I will continue to use this facility as long as I'm in the area
My visits to this Optometric group are always above average to excellent. Dr. Sakazaki is always professional, friendly, informational and helpful. The Opticians are as well. The only drawback is not being able to get an itemized invoice after paying. They say it will be emailed to me. My expectation is that it will be emailed timely (within 1 to 2 days). After a few working days have passed, I call the office to request the invoice be emailed.
