I waited all day Tuesday as I was told they would treat my yard in the morning and then it was postponed until 4 o'clock. At 3 I was told it would now be between 9 and 10 on Wednesday. I waited until 12 when I had to leave for work and they still had not shown up.

Great service, friendly and helpful staff that always answer the phone! After moving from a condo to a house I was ill prepared to take care of my own lawn and began looking for someone to tackle the weekly mowing and leaf collection for me. Based on comparisons, their prices are very reasonable and so far service has been dependable. It was also nice to be able to call and add services as needed, such as crepe myrtle pruning. Only trouble I've had is a pile of leaves were left in the back corner of my yard and never cleaned up, both of the wooden gates to gain entry to my yard have been damaged, and I find the gates left wide open after service which is a problem when the fence is intended to keep two dogs inside. These issues are why I only give them 4 stars. But the lawn looks great and I have already recommended them to friends.

I am glad to hear we are up to your standards. As far as my records show, the gates have been repaired. Please let me know if not and we will do what is needed to get them back to their original state. I have also updated our work orders so the crews will always shut the gate. I would have to say that Queen City has gone down hill over the past year or so. When i decided to have your group manage the fertlizer application for first my home and then later on a rental i had, i was very excited to drop Top Turf and bring you on (seeing what you were doing with my neighbors property). However over the past month both properties have gone down hill, with no lawn in the back at all and the front only marginally better than my other neighbor that does nothing. I called your office to have you do a "free service call" and to date no one has showed to either property (at least not that im aware of). Then this last weekend on Sat afternoon you decided that its best to apply fertlizer on a saturday afternoon. Now im all about getting my lawn application down in a timely manner but out of 7 days in a week you choose the one that most folks are outside playing and dont want you applying anything while they are in the yard. Clearly either new management is in place or a lack there of. Im hopeful that the service you provide will improve
