Whoever the lady answering the phone has the worst attitude ever. I called because while they cut my front lawn, they did not even touch the back. Right when I called to inquire, you could tell she was annoyed by her tone of voice. When she claimed that the workers cut our backyard, she claimed that she had proof that they did because their gps showed they went to my house. That does not prove anything lady. They came to my house, yes, but it is not proof that they cut in the back. When I tried to politely but firmly disagree, she told me to not speak to her in that tone of voice. eye roll. Ok so she can give me attitude all she wants yet I have to watch my tone of voice. Why in the world would I call to inquire and complain if the workers just actually did their job? Because I have nothing better to do with my time. Get over yourself. Worst business I have ever dealt with

I waited all day Tuesday as I was told they would treat my yard in the morning and then it was postponed until 4 o'clock. At 3 I was told it would now be between 9 and 10 on Wednesday. I waited until 12 when I had to leave for work and they still had not shown up.

Great service, friendly and helpful staff that always answer the phone! After moving from a condo to a house I was ill prepared to take care of my own lawn and began looking for someone to tackle the weekly mowing and leaf collection for me. Based on comparisons, their prices are very reasonable and so far service has been dependable. It was also nice to be able to call and add services as needed, such as crepe myrtle pruning. Only trouble I've had is a pile of leaves were left in the back corner of my yard and never cleaned up, both of the wooden gates to gain entry to my yard have been damaged, and I find the gates left wide open after service which is a problem when the fence is intended to keep two dogs inside. These issues are why I only give them 4 stars. But the lawn looks great and I have already recommended them to friends.

I am glad to hear we are up to your standards. As far as my records show, the gates have been repaired. Please let me know if not and we will do what is needed to get them back to their original state. I have also updated our work orders so the crews will always shut the gate. This was already on there but I made it hard to miss. I hope we can continue to work together and keep providing services for you. Thank you for your business!
